Documents before deposits
Every engagement opens with paperwork, not payments: identities, mandates and sourcing records exchanged and checked on both sides. We never ask for advance fees before verification — if anyone does so in our name, walk away and call us.

Assay before agreement
The lot is independently assayed for purity, weight and provenance — witnessed, certified and shared — before either side commits to anything.

Terms in writing
Price is fixed against the international benchmark and recorded in contract, together with logistics, insurance, responsibilities and timelines. No verbal arrangements, no moving figures.

Payment against delivery
Funds move through formal banking channels against verified handover — the metal is re-confirmed at delivery before settlement completes, and both parties leave with a full documentary record.
