§ 01 · Getting Started

Before the first transaction

What a new engagement looks like, who we work with, and what is expected of you at the start — which is less than you might think.

With a conversation. You tell us what you are looking for — quantity, purity, timeline, destination — by phone, WhatsApp or email, and an adviser responds with questions before anything else. From there we give you a realistic assessment of whether and how we can help. Nothing moves until both sides agree the engagement makes sense.

International buyers, refineries and institutions seeking gold from East Africa — and, on the supply side, vetted mining groups and licensed aggregators. Every counterparty is identified and screened before introductions are made. If a party cannot be screened, we do not proceed.

No. Most clients are represented on the ground by our team, with inspections, assays and progress reported to you by video and documentation. Visits are welcome by appointment — many buyers choose to attend key stages in person — but the process does not require it.

§ 02 · Verification & Documentation

What the paper proves

How material is tested before commitment, what records a transaction carries, and who is allowed to look at them.

Before any commitment, the material’s existence, weight, purity and provenance are established by independent testing — never by a seller’s claim. Testing is witnessed and recorded, and the results are shared with you before you decide anything. If the material does not match what was represented, we tell you plainly and you walk away with the file.

Contracts, assay records, custody papers and counterparty screening records — completed and shared with all parties before commitment. Origin, handling and transfer records travel with the material at every stage. The file is built so it can be read and understood by someone who was never in the room.

Yes. Documentation is available to serious counterparties, and we would rather answer your compliance team’s questions before commitment than after. We align our procedures with international expectations for conflict-free, responsibly sourced gold, and we welcome scrutiny of them.

§ 03 · Protection & Practicalities

The practical details

How buyers are protected, where we can work, how quickly we answer, and what an engagement costs.

By sequence and by paper. Verification and compliance review come before commitment; documentation comes before settlement; every step is agreed in advance and recorded. We act in the buyer’s interest, not the seller’s — and we would rather you walk away early than proceed on an unclear picture.

We work with international buyers broadly. Each engagement is reviewed case-by-case against the jurisdictions involved — export requirements, import rules and documentation standards differ, and that review tells us early whether a transaction can be done properly. If it cannot, we say so before you have committed anything.

Within one working day. Our advisers are available Monday to Saturday, 09:00–18:00 EAT, and WhatsApp is usually the fastest way to reach us. A first response may be a set of questions — that is the process working, not a delay.

It depends on scope — sourcing, verification, representation and advisory work are engaged in different combinations. Terms are discussed openly before any commitment is made, so you know what the work costs before you agree to it. There are no figures on this page because there is no honest single answer.
